Support & FAQ
Help for Choose.Creditcard Users
Support.creditcard is the help and FAQ hub for Choose.Creditcard and the broader CreditCard Collection. Start with the sections below for quick answers and guidance.
1. Getting started
How do I use the comparison tables?
Start at Choose.Creditcard and select the category that best fits your need (e.g. rewards, travel, student, low-interest). Each table shows key features side by side, such as annual fee, APR ranges and highlights.
Where can I find more detailed FAQ?
Detailed questions and explanations are collected on: https://choose.creditcard/faq
2. Understanding links & affiliates
What happens when I click “Apply” or “Learn more”?
You are redirected to the official website of a bank, card issuer or financial marketplace. Any application or product signup happens directly on their site—not on Choose.Creditcard.
Do you earn money when I sign up?
Often, yes. Some links are affiliate links. If you use them and are approved for a card or product, we may receive a commission from the provider. This helps fund the comparison service at no extra cost to you. See our full disclosure at https://disclosure.creditcard .
Is the ranking influenced by commissions?
We aim to keep rankings and highlighting based on product features, value and editorial judgment. Where financial incentives may influence ordering, we aim to disclose this clearly on the relevant pages.
3. Technical issues
The page doesn’t load or looks broken
First, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If the issue persists, test in another browser or device. If you still experience problems, take a screenshot and email it to support@ronarn.com .
A link takes me to the wrong product
Occasionally, providers change their URLs without notice. Please note the card name, category and the link you clicked, then send details to our team. We will investigate and update the link as soon as possible.
4. How to get help
